学校拉肚子日记:两天十几次,从厕所到医院的痛苦经历
Day 1:
Dear Diary,
Today was an absolute nightmare! I woke up feeling fine, but as soon as I arrived at school, my stomach started to churn. I knew something was wrong. I rushed to the bathroom and had my first bout of diarrhea. It was terrible! I must have gone to the restroom at least ten times throughout the day.
I suspect it was because I ate some questionable snacks yesterday evening. They weren't very clean, and now my body is paying the price. My classmates were sympathetic but also slightly grossed out by my constant trips to the bathroom. I felt embarrassed and helpless.
To make matters worse, the cafeteria food during lunch was incredibly oily and greasy. I couldn't resist it, but I instantly regretted my decision. The diarrhea intensified, and each trip to the restroom became more urgent and painful. I noticed that my stool was becoming increasingly watery and contained undigested food particles.
I barely made it through the day, constantly shuttling between the classroom and the bathroom. I felt weak and exhausted. I couldn't concentrate on my studies, and my teachers were worried about me. I just wanted the day to end and hope that tomorrow would be better.
Day 2:
Dear Diary,
I thought yesterday was bad, but today was a nightmare on another level. I woke up feeling even worse than before. My stomach was in knots, and I could barely stand. Still, I dragged myself to school, hoping things would improve.
Unfortunately, they didn't. My trips to the bathroom became more frequent, and I lost count of how many times I had to rush there. The diarrhea was relentless, and it seemed like there was no end in sight. My body felt drained, and I could barely keep up with my classmates.
In the afternoon, during one of my many visits to the restroom, I suddenly felt dizzy and lightheaded. The next thing I knew, I woke up on the cold bathroom floor, surrounded by concerned classmates and teachers. They quickly called an ambulance, and I was rushed to the hospital.
The doctors at the hospital diagnosed me with severe dehydration and acute gastroenteritis. They said that the combination of eating unclean snacks and the oily cafeteria food pushed my body over the edge. I was put on a drip to rehydrate and given medication to alleviate the diarrhea.
I spent the rest of the day in the hospital, grateful for the care I received but also regretful for not taking better care of my health. It was a wake-up call, and I promised myself that I would be more cautious about what I eat in the future.
Overall, these two days were incredibly challenging. The constant trips to the bathroom, the embarrassment, and the hospital visit have taught me the importance of proper food hygiene and taking care of my well-being. I hope to recover soon and return to school with a newfound appreciation for good health.
Yours,
[Your Name]
