Differential Pair Routing and Grounding Best Practices for Signal Integrity
It is recommended to place the differential pairs in proximity to each other and away from other signals. Both sides of the differential pair should have copper protection, with a spacing of at least three times the distance between the traces. Additionally, vias for grounding should be utilized, with a maximum separation of 1/4 inch.
