Nap Mode vs. Sleep Mode: Understanding Low-Power States in Devices
During the nap mode, the on-chip reference circuit continues to function, resulting in quicker restoration compared to the sleep mode, which usually takes 100 clock cycles. In both sleep and nap modes, all digital outputs are deactivated and placed in a Hi-Z state.
