Commission Payment Terms & Conditions for Real Estate Agents

The payment schedule for commission will be aligned with the company's receipt of funds. The company will pay the corresponding commission to the agent within 30 days of receiving payment from the owner, subject to the following conditions: \n1. The agent must submit a commission application to the company within 5 working days of signing the contract with the owner and provide relevant sales proof documents and invoices. \n2. The company will review the commission application submitted by the agent and pay the commission to the agent within 30 days of receiving the funds. If the agent fails to provide complete and accurate sales proof documents and invoices, the company has the right to delay the payment of commission until it receives complete and accurate documents. \n3. If the owner fails to pay the funds according to the agreed time in the contract, the company will not bear the responsibility for the delayed payment of commission and has the right to adjust the commission payment time according to the actual situation. \n4. If the agent fails to submit the commission application and relevant documents on time within the commission payment deadline, the company has the right to delay the payment of commission and will not bear any responsibility arising therefrom. \n5. The agent shall guarantee that the sales proof documents and invoices provided are true and accurate and shall bear full responsibility for their authenticity. If the company suffers losses due to errors or inaccuracies in the documents provided by the agent, the agent shall bear the corresponding compensation liability. \n6. The agent shall comply with relevant laws and regulations and the sales policies formulated by the company and shall not obtain commissions through any illegal or irregular means. \n7. If the agent violates any clause of this contract, the company has the right to terminate the contract and has the right to demand the agent to return the commission already paid. \n8. This contract shall take effect from the date of signature by both parties and shall be valid for one year. Both parties have the right to terminate the contract in advance 30 days before the expiry date of the contract. Early termination shall be notified to each other in writing in advance. \n9. The interpretation, amendment and dispute resolution of this contract shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China and shall be resolved through consultation between both parties. If it cannot be resolved through consultation, either party has the right to file a lawsuit with the relevant court. \n10. This contract is made in two copies, one for each party, and shall have the same legal effect.
