SGM5100/SGM5101 Parallel Digital Output Format Selection using MODE Pin

The SGM5100/SGM5101 parallel digital output can be configured to output in either offset binary or 2's complement format by using the MODE pin. Connecting the MODE pin to GND or 1/3VDD selects offset binary output format, while connecting it to 2/3VDD or VDD selects 2's complement output format. The logic values of 1/3VDD or 2/3VDD can be set using an external resistor divider. Table 2 provides a detailed explanation of the logic states for the MODE pin.
