However, the agent shall be required to provide the company with a performance bond and/or a warranty bond for the aforementioned project. The bond amount shall be equivalent to the scope of the agent's responsibilities stated in the aforementioned clauses. Payment to the agent shall only be made upon the issuance of the bond.
