STING Agonist Pharmacological Effects in Human, Monkey, Dog, Rat, and Mouse Whole Blood and PBMCs

The in vitro pharmacological effects of STING agonists in different species (human, monkey, dog, rat, and mouse) in whole blood or PBMCs. This study investigates the in vitro pharmacological effects of STING agonists in different species including human, monkey, dog, rat, and mouse using whole blood and PBMCs. We will analyze the effects of STING agonists on immune cell activation, cytokine production, and other relevant endpoints. The results of this study will provide valuable insights into the species-specific responses to STING agonists and inform the development of novel therapeutic strategies targeting the STING pathway.
