Bridging the Gap Between VFI and RS-based VR for Efficient and Arbitrary Temporal GS Recovery

Although recently aaa and others have used VFI to interpolate RS frames in time to obtain GS proposals with the same number of image rows, they have not established a fundamental connection between VFI and RS-based VR, resulting in significant computation and the inability to achieve arbitrary temporal GS recovery.
