公共卫生学院教师潜心教书育人：措施与建议

\u5bf9\u4e8e\u63a8\u8fdb\u516c\u5171\u536b\u751f\u5b66\u9662\u6559\u5e08\u6f5c\u5fc3\u6559\u4e66\u80b2\u4eba\uff0c\u53ef\u4ee5\u91c7\u53d6\u4ee5\u4e0b\u63aa\u65bd\uff1a\n\n1\uff0e\u5efa\u7acb\u8003\u52a0\u673a\u5236\uff1a\u4e3a\u6559\u5e08\u63d0\u4f9b\u826f\u597d\u7684\u5de5\u4f5c\u73af\u5883\u548c\u53d1\u5c55\u673a\u4f1a\uff0c\u8bbe\u7acb\u5956\u52b1\u5236\u5ea6\uff0c\u8003\u52a0\u6559\u5e08\u79ef\u6781\u6295\u5165\u6559\u5b66\u5de5\u4f5c\u3002\n\n2\uff0e\u63d0\u4f9b\u4e13\u4e1a\u57f9\u8bad\uff1a\u7ec4\u7ec7\u9488\u5bf9\u516c\u5171\u536b\u751f\u5b66\u79d1\u7684\u4e13\u4e1a\u57f9\u8bad\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u6559\u5e08\u7684\u5b66\u672f\u6c34\u5e73\u548c\u6559\u5b66\u80fd\u529b\uff0c\u589e\u5f3a\u4ed6\u4eec\u5bf9\u6559\u5b66\u5de5\u4f5c\u7684\u70ed\u60c5\u548c\u8d23\u4efb\u611f\u3002\n\n3\uff0e\u6253\u5efa\u4ea4\u6d41\u5e73\u53f0\uff1a\u5efa\u7acb\u6559\u5e08\u4ea4\u6d41\u5e73\u53f0\uff0c\u4fc3\u8fdb\u6559\u5e08\u4e4b\u95f4\u7684\u5408\u4f5c\u548c\u4ea4\u6d41\uff0c\u5171\u4eab\u6559\u5b66\u7ecf\u9a8c\u548c\u6559\u5b66\u8d44\u6e90\uff0c\u63a8\u52a8\u6559\u5b66\u7684\u4e0d\u65ad\u6539\u8fdb\u548c\u521b\u65b0\u3002\n\n4\uff0e\u52a0\u5f3a\u5b66\u751f\u5bfc\u5411\uff1a\u6559\u5e08\u5e94\u6ce8\u91cd\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u9700\u6c42\u548c\u53d1\u5c55\uff0c\u5173\u6ce8\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u5b66\u4e60\u72b6\u51b5\u548c\u4e2a\u6027\u7279\u70b9\uff0c\u91c7\u7528\u7075\u6d3b\u591a\u6837\u7684\u6559\u5b66\u65b9\u6cd5\uff0c\u6fc0\u53d1\u5b66\u751f\u7684\u5b66\u4e60\u5174\u8da3\u548c\u4e3b\u52a8\u6027\u3002\n\n5\uff0e\u5efa\u7acb\u8bc4\u4f30\u673a\u5236\uff1a\u5efa\u7acb\u79d1\u5b66\u5408\u7406\u7684\u6559\u5b66\u8bc4\u4f30\u673a\u5236\uff0c\u5bf9\u6559\u5e08\u7684\u6559\u5b66\u6548\u679c\u8fdb\u884c\u5b9a\u671f\u8bc4\u4f30\u548c\u53cd\u9988\uff0c\u76d1\u7763\u6559\u5e08\u6301\u7eed\u6539\u8fdb\u548c\u63d0\u9ad8\u6559\u5b66\u8d28\u91cf\u3002\n\n6\uff0e\u9f13\u52a0\u6559\u5e08\u53c2\u4e0e\u79d1\u7814\uff1a\u9f13\u52a0\u6559\u5e08\u53c2\u4e0e\u79d1\u7814\u9879\u76ee\uff0c\u63d0\u5347\u6559\u5e08\u7684\u5b66\u672f\u8a89\u58f0\u548c\u5f71\u54cd\u529b\uff0c\u540c\u65f6\u5c06\u79d1\u7814\u6210\u679c\u4e0e\u6559\u5b66\u76f8\u7ed3\u5408\uff0c\u63d0\u9ad8\u6559\u5b66\u7684\u79d1\u5b66\u6027\u548c\u5b9e\u7528\u6027\u3002\n\n7\uff0e\u52a0\u5f3a\u5e08\u5fb7\u5efa\u8bbe\uff1a\u5f3a\u8c03\u6559\u5e08\u7684\u5e08\u5fb7\u4fee\u517b\u548c\u804c\u4e1a\u9053\u5fb7\uff0c\u6ce8\u91cd\u6559\u5e08\u7684\u793a\u8303\u4f5c\u7528\uff0c\u5f15\u5bfc\u6559\u5e08\u6b63\u786e\u5c65\u884c\u6559\u4e66\u80b2\u4eba\u7684\u804c\u8d23\uff0c\u7acb\u8d77\u826f\u597d\u7684\u6559\u80b2\u5f62\u8c61\u3002\n\n\u901a\u8fc7\u4ee5\u4e0a\u63aa\u65bd\u7684\u5b9e\u65bd\uff0c\u80fd\u591f\u63d0\u9ad8\u516c\u5171\u536b\u751f\u5b66\u9662\u6559\u5e08\u7684\u6559\u5b66\u8d28\u91cf\u548c\u6559\u80b2\u6559\u5b66\u6c34\u5e73\uff0c\u4f7f\u5176\u80fd\u591f\u66f4\u52a0\u6f5c\u5fc3\u6559\u4e66\u80b2\u4eba\u3002
