Vacuum Chamber Leak Detection: How to Identify and Fix Leaks

To create a vacuum environment for a sample, first, place it inside a chamber filled with water. Then, tightly cover the chamber with a lid. Next, manually activate the gas switch to fill the Venturi with compressed air, which will create a vacuum inlet connected to the chamber. Use a gas regulator to adjust the vacuum level according to your needs. \n\nAs the pressure inside the chamber differs from the outside, any gases present in the headspace will start to leak. You can easily identify these leaks by observing a continuous stream of bubbles emerging from the affected area.
