QLU-C10D 和 EQ-5D-5L 量表一致性分析及相关性研究
First, the data of 237 patients initially collected and 47 patients who participated in the retest after 7 days were organized, and the overall and subgroup values of QLU-C10D and EQ-5D-5L were calculated. Then, the ceiling and floor effects of QLU-C10D and EQ-5D-5L overall and in each dimension were calculated, considering a proportion exceeding 15% as indicating the presence of ceiling or floor effects. Subsequently, a preliminary test of the correlation and normal distribution of utility values obtained from these two scales was conducted, and the Spearman correlation coefficient was selected to determine the correlation between the dimensions of C10D and EQ-5D-5L. It was assumed that there is either a strong or weak correlation between each dimension of EQ-5D-5L and QLU-C10D, with a strong correlation between Mobility in EQ-5D-5L and Physical Functioning in QLU-C10D, a strong correlation between Pain in EQ-5D-5L and Pain in QLU-C10D, and a strong correlation between Anxiety in EQ-5D-5L and Emotional in QLU-C10D. Self-care in EQ-5D-5L and Physical Functioning, Role Functioning, and Fatigue in QLU-C10D showed a moderate or strong correlation. The Spearman's rank correlation coefficient with the following criteria was used: absent (r < 0.20), weak (0.20 ≤ r < 0.35), moderate (0.35 ≤ r < 0.50), strong (r ≤ 0.50). The consistency between C10D and EQ-5D-5L was examined using Bland-Altman plots.
