Microstructure Hot-Pressing on PP: A Detailed Process Analysis
Zhan et al. [119] demonstrated a method involving machining a microgroove with a depth of 40 μm on the titanium surface, followed by hot-pressing this microstructure onto polypropylene (PP) at a temperature of 115 °C and a pressure of 15 MPa. This process, illustrated in Figure 17 (c), showcases a significant advancement in material bonding techniques.
