建筑工程钢结构安装技术质量控制浅析

摘要： 本文主要对建筑工程钢结构安装技术的质量控制进行了浅析。首先介绍了钢结构安装的工艺流程，包括前期准备、吊装、定位、连接和收尾等环节，并对每个环节的质量控制要点进行了分析。其次，针对钢结构安装过程中可能出现的问题，从材料、测量、制图、工艺、施工人员等方面进行了分析，并提出了相应的解决措施和建议。最后，总结了钢结构安装技术质量控制的几个关键点，包括施工计划的制定、现场管理的规范、技术人员的素质和设备的完备等。

Abstract: This paper mainly analyzes the quality control of steel structure installation technology in construction engineering. Firstly, the process of steel structure installation is introduced, including 'pre-preparation', 'hoisting', 'positioning', 'connection' and 'closing', and the quality control points of each link are analyzed. Secondly, aiming at the problems that may occur in the process of steel structure installation, the analysis is carried out from the aspects of materials, measurement, drawing, process and construction personnel, and corresponding solutions and suggestions are put forward. Finally, several key points of quality control of steel structure installation technology are summarized, including the formulation of construction plan, the standardization of site management, the quality of technical personnel and the completeness of equipment.
