Transcriptome Sequencing Reveals High Similarity between In Vitro Constructed HEO Complex and Human Endometrial Tissue

To further validate the similarity between the in vitro constructed HEO complex and the in vivo human endometrial tissue, we performed high-throughput transcriptome sequencing on EEOs, endometrial tissue, HEO complex, ESCs, and HUVECs. The heatmap revealed that the gene expression pattern of endometrial tissue was most similar to that of the HEO complex, while EEOs, ESCs, and HUVECs displayed unique gene expression profiles. This suggests that our in vitro model bears a higher resemblance to the in vivo endometrium, based on the gene expression patterns.
