Reducing AE Invalid Submissions for CNGS AMs: Collaboration with EMP Team

We collaborate with the Escalation Management and Prevention (EMP) team to achieve a reduction in AE invalid submissions among CNGS AMs, aiming for a decrease of xx.x% in Q1 and xxxbps below the target by 2023. As part of this effort, we have pinpointed the primary reasons for rejections and will take steps to address any knowledge or operational gaps among AMs (refer to next step #3).
