Interviewing a Computer Programmer: Key Questions and My Perspective

As a supervisor of a company, I am about to interview a computer programmer. The following are some questions that I should ask potential employees. Here are my views on these questions:

1. Where he went to school doesn't affect my decision.
2. His professional background is something that needs to be considered.
3. Good recommendation letters are worth considering.
4. His work experience is something that needs to be considered.
5. His hobbies have nothing to do with my decision.
6. Who his parents are doesn't affect my decision.
7. Whether he can start working immediately is important for my decision.

As a supervisor, I believe that the candidate's professional qualifications and work experience are the most important factors. However, I will not judge the candidate's personal life or background, such as their school, hobbies or parents. Ultimately, his ability to start working immediately is also an important consideration for me.
