High Reinstatement Rates in NOI: Error & FARO Issues

Regarding NOI, we have observed a persistently high incidence of reinstatement reason codes falling under the categories of 'Error' (xx%) and 'FARO' (xx%). These codes indicate instances of abusive notice submissions from Sellers and incorrect enforcement decisions made by TSE CDT investigators. While APAC TSE has pledged to take ownership of the NOI HVL FP to enhance internal NOI tooling and reduce the frequency of 'Error' reason codes, we are still awaiting assistance in addressing the issue of high volumes of abusive notices being submitted against targeted CN Sellers.
