Improving CCR: New Workflow for Seller Engagement, PQ Gating, and ASIN Suppression

To enhance our CCR, we have developed a new workflow that involves collaborating with several teams. Firstly, we will work with the NSR business team to conduct Seller engagement, which will help us to identify and rescue normal status accounts that have generated defects for reinstatement purposes. This engagement will also serve as an educational tool to help sellers understand how to avoid generating defects in the future.

Secondly, we will work with the TSE PQ team to enhance our current PQ gating mechanism. This will involve identifying areas where our gating mechanism can be improved to reduce the number of defects generated by sellers.

Finally, we will collaborate with the ABP team to request suppression of misbranded ASINs that are causing counterfeit/infringing listings. This will help us to reduce the number of defects generated by these types of listings, which will ultimately improve our CCR.
