Enhanced Monitoring & Workflow to Reduce CCR Defects

To enhance our monitoring efforts, we aim to include smaller regions such as MENA. Additionally, we have implemented a revamped operational workflow that aims to reduce CCR defects. This new workflow involves collaborating with the NSR business team to engage with Sellers and reinstate normal status accounts that had generated defects for educational purposes. We will work with the TSE PQ team to improve the current PQ gating mechanism and collaborate with the ABP team to suppress misbranded ASINs issues regarding counterfeit/infringing listings.
