Quantitative Flow Ratio (QFR) Assessment in Critical Coronary Artery Lesions: Evaluation of Ischemic Events and Reperfusion Strategies
Objective: To investigate the assessment value of Quantitative Flow Ratio (QFR) measurement in coronary artery ischemic events of critical coronary artery lesions.
Methods: A retrospective study was conducted at the Central Hospital of Kaifeng City from January 2019 to June 2023. Patients who underwent coronary arteriography (CAG) due to suspected coronary artery atherosclerotic heart disease were included. Patients with visually estimated coronary luminal diameter stenosis between 50% and 70%, and without blood flow reconstruction, all underwent QFR measurement. Follow-up was conducted for one year to observe the occurrence of major adverse cardiovascular events (MACE). The patients were divided into groups based on the observation results for comparative analysis. By analyzing the correlation between different QFR values and the occurrence of MACE in patients with critical coronary artery lesions, the evaluation value of QFR in coronary artery ischemic events of critical coronary artery lesions was explored to guide reperfusion treatment strategies.
