Microfluidic Perfusion of Triple-Cell Endometrial Organoids for a Dynamic 3D Culture System

To establish a dynamic 3D culture system, organoids composed of three distinct cell types from the endometrium were integrated into a commercially available microfluidic chip and subsequently subjected to perfusion via a flow pressure controller. This approach aims to create a robust and cutting-edge 3D culture system by providing a dynamic environment that mimics the physiological conditions of the endometrium.
