Overcoming Barriers to Achieve My Construction Engineering Goal

In order to achieve my goal of becoming a construction engineer upon graduation, I've identified several motivation factors that drive me. However, I've also come to realize that there are several barriers I've encountered in previous semesters that have hindered my academic performance. Some of these reasons include my lack of attendance in class, not taking notes, and not paying attention due to distractions such as texting or surfing the internet. Additionally, I struggled with effective study habits and time management, leading to frustration and ultimately giving up on certain courses. I also failed to keep up with the required reading for my courses. As I move forward, I am determined to overcome these obstacles and improve my overall academic performance.
