Investigating Hydrogel Stiffness and Pore Size for Optimal Organoid Expansion and Vascular Network Formation

Considering that the physical characteristics of the hydrogel greatly impact the growth of organoids and the development of vascular networks, we carried out experiments to measure the stiffness and pore size of the hydrogel scaffold. The results of this investigation will shed light on the critical role of hydrogel properties in optimizing organoid expansion and vascular network formation.
