Fibrin Concentration Impacts Vessel Growth and Epithelial Organoid Adhesion in Culture

Upon reaching a fibrin proportion of 50% and higher, there was no further extension of the vessel positive area observed (Figure 1C). Notably, at a fibrin proportion of 70% and higher, the epithelial organoids displayed a significant level of adhesion to the culture dish, in contrast to a minimal level of adhesion observed when the fibrin proportion was below 50%.
