To establish a precise and appropriate matrix for the 3D cultivation of vascularized organoids, we introduced women's endometrium-derived epithelial organoids, stromal cells, and HUVECs into a fibrin-matrigel hydrogel at different ratios, and subjected them to static culture conditions.
