Mechanical Properties of Fibrin-Matrigel Hydrogels: A Study of Stiffness Variations with Ratio
The elastic moduli of hydrogels generated from a combination of fibrin and matrigel at ratios of 1:9, 5:5, and 9:1 were determined to be 230 ± 16 Pa, 430 ± 17 Pa, and 744 ± 17 Pa, respectively.
