传统中医养生功法对当代大学生亚健康状态的干预效果研究
本文研究旨在探究当代大学生亚健康状态实施传统中医养生功法干预的效果。社会压力、学业压力、个人性格和身体状况、饮食习惯和作息规律等是造成当代大学生亚健康状态的关键因素,导致了大量亚健康状态的出现的环境。本文目的是探索研究传统中医养生功法对当代大学生亚健康团体实施干预疗法,观察对照实验,为大学生亚健康群体探索出一种可能改善体质方法。
本文通过文献研究法、专家访谈法、问卷调查法、实验分析法、数理统计法等多种方法,研究中医传统养生功法对大学生亚健康状态的干预作用。研究发现,八段锦、五禽戏等中医养生功法对大学生亚健康状态有明显改善作用,如缓解焦虑、抑郁、注意力不集中、失眠等问题。因此,建议将'八段锦'、'五禽戏'等国家体育总局认可的中医养生功法引入大学校园,以改善大学生精神状态,提高学习效率和生活品质。
This study aims to explore the effect of traditional Chinese medicine health-preserving exercises on sub-health status among contemporary college students. Key factors contributing to sub-health status among college students include social and academic pressure, personal characteristics and physical conditions, dietary habits, and sleep patterns, which have created an environment where sub-health status is prevalent. The purpose of this study is to investigate the effectiveness of traditional Chinese medicine health-preserving exercises in treating sub-health status among contemporary college students and to conduct a controlled experiment to provide a potential method for improving physical health among this group.
This study used various methods such as literature review, expert interviews, questionnaires, experimental analysis, and mathematical statistics to investigate the intervention effect of traditional Chinese medicine health-preserving exercises on sub-health status among college students. The research found that the Eight Pieces of Brocade and Five Animal Exercises have a significant improvement effect on sub-health status among college students, such as alleviating anxiety, depression, lack of concentration, and insomnia. Therefore, it is recommended that these nationally recognized traditional Chinese medicine health-preserving exercises, such as the Eight Pieces of Brocade and Five Animal Exercises, be introduced into college campuses to improve the mental state of college students, enhance their learning efficiency, and improve their quality of life.
