Urgent Repair Request: Leaky Faucets and Water Damage in Kitchen and Bathroom

First of all, thank you for arranging the repairman to come to my house last Thursday to fix the faucets in the kitchen and first-floor bathroom.

After the repairman fixed the faucet in the first-floor bathroom, the leaking became even more severe. The technician said that a new faucet needs to be installed because the leaking is causing a significant waste of water and an expensive water bill. Please arrange to replace the faucet as soon as possible.

Regarding the kitchen faucet, after it was replaced, I suddenly noticed water gushing out of the cabinet on Sunday morning. When I opened the cabinet door under the sink, I discovered that the water hose connecting the sink to the main drain was not properly attached, causing the waste water from the sink to flow directly into the cabinet through the drain hose. The water then overflowed from the cabinet when it reached a certain level. I noticed that there were holes in the wooden cabinet, and I believe that water had flowed out through those holes onto the floor. I immediately reconnected the water hose to the main drain and found that the drain hose was also leaking. Additionally, after every use of the faucet, water also leaked out of the main drain.

Additionally, regarding the water stains on the dining room ceiling, your engineer said that it could be caused by the showerhead in the bathtub. However, the problem had already occurred during the previous tenant's stay. Although it would be inconvenient, all we require is that there is no water leaking from any source. Please ensure this is the case.
