Urgent: Leaking Faucet and Drainage Issues - Request for Immediate Replacement & Repair

First of all, thank you for arranging the repairman to come to my house last Thursday to fix the faucets in the kitchen and first-floor bathroom.

Unfortunately, the faucet in the first-floor bathroom is now leaking even more severely after the repair. The technician has advised that a replacement faucet is necessary due to the severity of the leak, which not only wastes water but also incurs expensive water bills. Please arrange for a replacement faucet as soon as possible.

Regarding the kitchen faucet, after it was replaced, I suddenly discovered water gushing out from under the cabinet on Sunday morning. When I opened the cabinet door under the sink, I found that the water hose connecting the sink to the main drainage pipe had not been properly attached, causing the waste water from the sink to flow directly into the cabinet through the hose and out of a hole in the cabinet. I immediately reconnected the hose to the main drainage pipe, but later found that the drainage pipe was also leaking after each use of the faucet.

Additionally, concerning the water stains on the ceiling in the dining room, your technician has suggested that it may be due to the showerhead in the bathtub. However, this issue had already occurred with the previous tenant, and we only request that there be no water leakage from any source. Please ensure this is addressed.
