Workshop Digital Twin Model Design: A Three-Dimensional Approach

Workshop Digital Twin Model Design. The paper proposes constructing a workshop digital twin model from three dimensions: geometric model, data model, and real-time mapping model. The geometric model of the workshop is built using Blender. The paper utilizes a JSON-based multi-source heterogeneous data integration technology, which uses a producer-consumer model, Redis database caching and distribution, WebSocket technology to achieve real-time data transmission, and MongoDB to achieve persistent data storage, completing the construction of the workshop data model. Finally, the paper uses Three.js as the engine to drive the virtual model in real-time with data, achieving the real-time mapping model of the workshop.
