基于电子手环的互联网+睡眠监测方案研究

摘要

随着现代社会的快速发展,人们的生活方式和睡眠质量受到了很大的影响。睡眠监测技术的应用,成为提高睡眠质量的有效途径。本文提出一种基于电子手环的睡眠监测方案,通过采集手环所搭载的加速度传感器数据,结合算法进行数据处理和分析,得出用户的睡眠状态。该方案采用互联网技术,将睡眠数据上传至云端,用户可以通过手机APP随时查看自己的睡眠情况。实验结果表明,该方案能够准确地监测用户的睡眠状态,为用户提供了有效的睡眠保障。

Abstract

With the rapid development of modern society, people's lifestyles and sleep quality have been greatly affected. The application of sleep monitoring technology has become an effective way to improve sleep quality. In this paper, a sleep monitoring solution based on electronic wristbands is proposed. By collecting the acceleration sensor data carried by the wristband and combining it with algorithms for data processing and analysis, the user's sleep state is obtained. This solution uses Internet technology to upload sleep data to the cloud, and users can view their sleep status at any time through the mobile app. The experimental results show that the solution can accurately monitor the user's sleep state and provide effective sleep protection for the user.
