MicroRNA Prediction and Selection for NFATC1 Regulation

Using software such as microBase (www.mirbase.org) and TargetScan (www.targetscan.org), KIR, KLR, NKG2D, and NFATC1-related human microRNAs were predicted. Finally, 10 microRNAs were screened out that are related to NFATC1, including miR-137-3p, miR-124-3p, miR-506-3p, miR-331-3p, miR-338-3p, miR-193a-3p, miR-485-5p, miR-24-3p, miR-143-3p, and miR-218-3p. The synthesized miRNA sequences are listed in the table below.
