According to the claim, I used the 'non-fault credit service' for the first time and am not very clear on the details. After filling out the claim information on your company's website the day after the accident, I immediately received a call from Auxillis to arrange for car repairs. However, we are concerned that if we let Auxillis repair the car first and ultimately the responsibility falls on us, we will have to pay for the repair costs.

Therefore, I would like to confirm the following points:

1. Has the insurance company finally determined that the accident is not our responsibility?
2. Will Auxillis only be responsible for repairing our car, or will they also be responsible for determining the responsibility for the accident?
3. If we use Auxillis' service to repair our car first and then fail for any reason, including the other party's appeal, will we need to pay for the related costs?
4. What is the normal procedure for processing through Auxillis?
