Then, by classifying and analyzing common dish names in 'A Bite of China,' four translation strategies are proposed: literal translation, idiomatic translation, combined translation, and innovative translation. When determining specific translation strategies, factors such as the linguistic characteristics, cultural connotations, and market demands of the dish names need to be considered to ensure the accuracy and adaptability of the translations. Finally, the feasibility and effectiveness of these strategies are validated through case studies, and suggestions for improvement and optimization are provided.
