Antioxidant Enzyme Activity Assessment in S. Miltiorrhiza Leaf Homogenate
By utilizing frozen S. Miltiorrhiza leaves as the source material, a 10% leaf homogenate was generated using physiological saline and then subjected to centrifugation. The resulting supernatant was utilized to determine antioxidase activity. The activities of each enzyme were evaluated by employing assay kits in accordance with manufacturer guidelines (Nanjing Jiancheng Bioengineering Institute, Nanjing, China).
