Project Progress Management: Develop detailed project plans based on project requirements, resource availability, and risk management plans, and share and update them with the project team. Project Quality Management: Develop and implement project quality management plans to ensure that the project meets or exceeds customer expected quality standards. Communicate with the project team and customers to determine quality requirements, monitor project quality, and take corrective action in a timely manner.

Project Cost Control: Develop project budgets and monitor project costs to ensure that the project is completed within the budget scope. Monitor project cost data, update budget and cost estimates in a timely manner, and identify and address cost issues.

Analyze the key points of cost control in the project process, establish temperature and humidity standards for the workshop, significantly reduce energy consumption, optimize the use of debugging samples, improve sample utilization, reduce sample costs, optimize personnel allocation, and reduce the expected team of 600 people to 300 people, and complete level one and level two project tasks beyond the deadline.

Standardize the control process of project investment and cost budgets, strengthen the rationality of budget application, and provide training for relevant personnel on project budget and financial control. Through a series of measures, the total project cost was reduced by approximately 150 million yuan.

Project Risk Management: Develop and implement project risk management plans, identify and evaluate project risks, develop risk response strategies, take timely measures, and reduce the impact of project risks on project goals.

Communication and Coordination: Communicate with multiple stakeholders such as the project team, customers, and partners, ensuring that they understand project goals, progress, and results. Develop and implement communication plans, regularly organize and participate in communication meetings, and provide project progress and problem-solving reports.

Process Optimization: Establish a cost budget control process, optimize project meeting management (including meeting materials), project fund budget application and control process, project change management, production management, trial assembly management, and many other management processes.

New Factory Construction: Participate in the preparation, bidding management, business agreement signing, and equipment acceptance of the 100,000 square meter new factory construction.
