Exploring English Unit 2 Analysis: A Journey Towards Holistic Teaching

It took me about seven hours to complete the unit analysis of the high school compulsory course 'Exploring English' Unit 2. Although it was time-consuming, I gained a lot from it. Because the overall teaching of the unit is not only the future trend of English teaching, but also it has changed my previous fragmented teaching mode. I am no longer constrained by the type of course, but have established a macro teaching goal. The design of the unit's overall teaching requires careful planning by the teacher. The future is still a long way to go, but I hope that after becoming a teacher, my English classroom will no longer be a traditional teaching of vocabulary, grammar, and exercises, but rather to let students explore English and learn the correct method of learning English, as well as various values of education.
