Spacecraft Selection Criteria for Debris Cluster Missions

Aircraft selection criteria: Generate a set of speed increments based on the space flight mission set and the required speed increments for reaching the debris clusters. Arrange the required speed increments for all space aircraft to reach the first core object near the corresponding debris cluster in ascending order based on the speed increment set. First select the aircraft that require the corresponding speed increment to reach the first core object near the debris cluster, i.e. the space flight vehicle number corresponding to the first row of data in the speed increment set. If the number of selected aircraft does not meet the requirements of the mission, continue selecting from the next row until the number requirement is met. It should be noted that when replacing the aircraft for executing the mission, the selection process continues from the previous termination point.
