Joko Widodo, or 'Jokowi', is the current President of Indonesia, serving since 2014. Prior to his presidency, he served as the Governor of Jakarta from 2012 to 2014. He is known for his down-to-earth and populist style of leadership, as well as his efforts to improve infrastructure and reduce poverty in Indonesia.
