Exploring Causal Complexity of Ego Depletion in Open Innovation: An Asymmetrical Configurational Analysis
This paper aims to address the limitations by examining the causal complexity of high and non-high ego depletion from an asymmetrical configurational perspective. In order to detect various configurations of two levels of abilities and three internal and external conditions for 213 Chinese open innovation enterprises, a fuzzy-set qualitative comparative analysis (fsQCA) is utilized.
