Abstract
The insurance industry has started digital transformation, which will change the business model and operation of the insurance industry. This paper explores the impact and challenges of digital transformation on the insurance industry through research and analysis, and proposes some countermeasures.
In digital transformation, insurance companies need to adopt new technologies to improve efficiency and service quality. For example, artificial intelligence, blockchain, cloud computing and other technologies can help insurance companies better manage data and risks, and improve customer experience. Digital transformation will also make insurance companies more focused on customer needs and experience, breaking traditional insurance sales models such as telemarketing and insurance agents.
Digital transformation will also bring some challenges, such as data security and privacy issues, and employee training and cultural transformation. Insurance companies need to formulate corresponding policies and measures to cope with these challenges.
In response to the challenges of digital transformation, this paper proposes some countermeasures.
