小学生心理素质发展与学业成就关系研究:一名小学美术教师的视角

摘要

本文探讨小学生心理素质发展与学业成就的关系,并结合自身作为一名小学美术老师的经验,提出了一些促进小学生心理素质发展的方法和建议。通过文献综述和实践经验,本文认为,小学生心理素质的发展对学业成就有着重要的影响,良好的心理素质可以促进学生的学习兴趣和学习效果。在实践中,教师应该注重培养学生的自信心、情感交流能力和创新思维能力等方面的素质,以提高学生的学习成绩和综合素质。

Abstract

This paper explores the relationship between the development of primary school students' psychological quality and academic achievement, and based on the author's experience as a primary school art teacher, proposes some methods and suggestions to promote the development of primary school students' psychological quality. Through literature review and practical experience, this paper believes that the development of primary school students' psychological quality has an important impact on academic achievement, and good psychological quality can promote students' learning interest and learning effect. In practice, teachers should pay attention to the cultivation of students' self-confidence, emotional communication ability and innovative thinking ability, etc., in order to improve students' academic performance and comprehensive quality.
