青少年是社会的未来和希望，他们的心理健康状况直接关系到国家和社会的稳定和发展。学校社会工作是一种专业化的社会工作，它能够为学生提供心理健康服务和支持，促进青少年的成长和发展。本文通过文献综述和案例分析，探讨了学校社会工作在青少年心理健康教育中的作用和意义。研究发现，学校社会工作能够从多个方面促进青少年的心理健康，包括提供心理咨询服务、开展心理健康教育、组织心理支持活动、建立心理健康档案等。通过学校社会工作的介入，青少年的心理问题得到及时发现和干预，促进了他们的健康成长和发展。

Abstract

Adolescents are the future and hope of society, and their mental health status is directly related to the stability and development of the country and society. School social work is a professional social work that can provide psychological health services and support for students and promote the growth and development of adolescents. This article explores the role and significance of school social work in adolescent mental health education through literature review and case analysis. The study found that school social work can promote adolescent mental health from multiple aspects, including providing psychological counseling services, conducting mental health education, organizing psychological support activities, and establishing psychological health records. Through the intervention of school social work, the psychological problems of adolescents can be timely detected and intervened, promoting their healthy growth and development.
