Requesting Surrogacy Contract Copy - Urgent

Dear Chachava Legal Team,

I am writing to request your assistance in obtaining a copy of the surrogacy package contract my wife and I signed earlier this year. As you may recall, we began the surrogacy program at the beginning of 2020, but unfortunately our first IVF attempt was unsuccessful. Due to the outbreak of Covid-19 and subsequent lockdown in China, we were forced to suspend our surrogacy plan.

However, with China now reopening and recent legal/policy changes occurring in Georgia, we feel a sense of urgency to proceed with our surrogacy plan as soon as possible. To ensure we make an informed decision, we kindly request that you send us a photo copy of the contract we signed for the Surrogacy Package.
