I would like to share some PQ-CCR insights that could potentially benefit NPB, given the recent surge in NPB reason codes in PQ. To provide context, during my weekly operation, I discovered that a particular brand, 'Mielle Organics,' had resulted in 30 CCR hard defects. Upon further investigation with NSR POC, it was revealed that the sellers had intentionally sold counterfeit products and would not contest the claims. Armed with concrete evidence, I have referred the sellers to PQ for investigation and potential block. Here are the outcomes:
