奥地利签证申请说明：行程调整导致拒签申诉

Dear Visa Officer,

I am writing to explain a situation regarding our previous tourist visa applications. We had submitted visa applications with the reference numbers AUTPEK230612864400 (ZHANG XU), AUTPEK230612864500 (ZHANG WENWEI), and AUTPEK230612864600 (WEI WEI). However, due to our negligence, we made some adjustments to our itinerary during the visa application period as our daughter wanted to go hiking, and we also modified our accommodation bookings. Unfortunately, we did not consider the impact this would have on the accuracy of the documents we had already submitted. As a result, our visa applications were rejected due to the accommodation bookings being cancelled.

On June 15th, we sent an email to appeal the decision, but we have not received any response yet. We understand that this was our mistake, and it may not meet the requirements for an appeal. However, we have visited Austria before and were deeply impressed by the beautiful scenery. We would like to share this experience with our daughter and enjoy your country's beauty again. Therefore, we have spent a lot of time and effort preparing for this trip and hope that we can obtain the visa to make this trip possible.

We have submitted a new visa application with the same itinerary as the one in our previous appeal email, but with some adjustments to our accommodation bookings due to payment issues. All the information in our new application is accurate, and we kindly ask you to consider our application again. Please disregard our previous appeal email and accept our sincere apologies for any inconvenience caused.
