摘要

This paper studies the reliability of open pit mining systems, analyzes the main factors affecting the reliability of the system, and proposes corresponding solutions. First, the basic concept and characteristics of open pit mining system are introduced, and the structure and components of the system are analyzed. Then, the concept and evaluation method of system reliability are discussed, including reliability indicators, reliability analysis methods and reliability evaluation models. Next, the main factors affecting the reliability of open pit mining systems are analyzed, including equipment failure, human factors, natural disasters, and safety management. Finally, some measures to improve the reliability of open pit mining systems are proposed, including strengthening equipment maintenance, improving safety awareness, optimizing management mode, and adopting reliability design.
