The Essential Elements of a Great Hotel: A Customer's Perspective
I hope this email finds you well. I am writing to participate in your competition and will analyze what is necessary for a good hotel from the customer's point of view.
In the beginning, facilities are the first factor to influence the customer's impression. Clean surroundings and comfortable instruments are elementary for a good hotel. And up-to-date, functional and well-maintained facilities could provide a better experience.
Furthermore, food is an important but easily overlooked aspect. Providing some special and delicious food is a useful way to make customers remember your hotel. Many hotels have used unique snacks to attract returned customers.
Last but not least is service attitude, a vital part of hotel management. 'Customer is king' may be a little exaggerated, but a respected attitude is always right. As a customer, I think expecting enthusiastic and polite service is reasonable and common. So try to improve the level of service, and it would bring amazing rewards.
