Dear Wilson,

I hope this email finds you well. I am Mod, a participant in your summer camp, and I have been eagerly looking forward to this course for a long time.

However, I must express some concerns regarding the course. Firstly, the handbook guaranteed that each class would have fewer than 12 students, but in reality, I found that I had to share teachers and facilities with 15 students. This resulted in less time for me to interact with the teachers and less attention from them.

Secondly, there were times when we could not use the full-computerized English laboratory during class. Instead, we had to learn in a regular classroom. This was not what was promised in the handbook, and it was disappointing.

Lastly, the handbook stated that we could choose from three activities, but the camp only offered riding and tennis. Unfortunately, I am interested in photography, and this was not an option for me.

I would appreciate it if you could take steps to improve the quality of your camp. One suggestion would be to add new classes and reduce the class sizes to ensure that each student receives sufficient attention and time with the teachers. Additionally, it would be helpful if the schedule could be adjusted to allow all classes to use the laboratory.

Thank you for taking the time to read this email. I hope my feedback can be of help to you in improving the summer camp.

Yours faithfully, Mod
