奥地利签证申请说明：因行程调整导致拒签的申诉

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to explain the situation regarding our previous tourist visa applications. We had applied for visas with the following application numbers: AUTPEK230612864400 (ZHANG XU), AUTPEK230612864500 (ZHANG WENWEI), and AUTPEK230612864600 (WEI WEI). However, due to our carelessness, we made some adjustments to our itinerary during the visa application period because our daughter wanted to go hiking. We also made changes to our accommodation bookings, but we did not realize that this would affect the accuracy of the information we had already submitted. Consequently, our visa applications were rejected because the accommodation bookings we had submitted were cancelled.

We sent an appeal email on June 15th, but we have not received any feedback yet. We understand that this issue was caused by our own mistake and may not meet the requirements for appeal. However, we have put in a lot of time and effort to prepare for this trip and we really hope to be able to visit Austria.

Therefore, we are submitting a new visa application with the same itinerary as the one we appealed for previously. However, there are some adjustments to our accommodation bookings due to payment issues. Please note that all the information in this new application is accurate, and we kindly request that you disregard our previous appeal email.
